This is a great every day tea. It's hearty and malty with a nice, bright taste. It's great by itself or with milk and sugar. Assam teas steep up dark, malty, and strong.

Darjeeling
A great tea to drink every day, all day. This tea is medium-bodied and smooth with hints of muscatel and sweet briskness.
Darjeelings are known as the “Champagne of Teas” and are prized for their fresh taste and delicate nuances of flavor with some astringency. 2nd flush Darjeelings, like this one, tend to have a little more body and more pronounced muscatel notes (dark fruits like grapes and raisins).

Earl Grey
This tea classic is a blend of black tea and natural bergamot. It is sweet, slightly floral, and very satisfying.
The various origin legends of Earl Grey date back to the 1830's. Supposedly, this tea was a gift to a British lord from Chinese mandarins—except that bergamot didn't exist in China at the time. Bergamot is a citrus fruit native to Mediterranean countries with a wonderful aroma but a bitter taste.

Rooibos berry lavender blend
This rooibos blend is refreshingly aromatic. It is full-bodied, floral, soothing, and slightly fruity.
The base of this herbal tea is rooibos. Rooibos is 100% caffeine-free. All rooibos comes from the Republic of South Africa, typically from the western mountainous region around Cedarburg. It has been drunk as an herbal tea for centuries in this area, and it is produced and served in a manner similar to traditional English style black tea, up to and including the adding of milk and sugar.
