Most hosts book the Signature Experience and let us handle the rest. Prefer to do some of it yourself? Book the teaware on its own, the food on its own, or both together, and add setup, styling, or delivery to whichever you choose.

Both menus allow some adjustments, and we're happy to talk through dietary needs when you request your quote.
How Booking Works
- Tell us about your event. Share your date, guest count, city and the option you're considering.
- Get your quote within 24 hours. We'll recommend the menu and setup that fit your guest count and occasion, with no obligation.
- Reserve your date. A $200 deposit secures your date. We recommend booking 6 to 8 weeks ahead, especially for weekends.
- Host and enjoy. We take care of everything you booked, so you can spend the afternoon with your guests.

Britalicious was founded in 2020 by Michelle, a British native, and her husband. We specialize in authentic British afternoon tea catering and teaware rentals for celebrations across Southern California.
The idea started at a farmers market in Oceanside. Today a dedicated team brings the tradition of afternoon tea to homes, venues and gardens from Los Angeles to Orange County and the Inland Empire.

How much does afternoon tea catering cost?
Teaware rentals start at $199 for up to 24 guests, and our Signature Tea Table Collection is $499 at its launch price. Afternoon tea catering (food only) starts at $500 with a 15 guest minimum. The Signature Experience is from $75 per guest, or from $80 per guest with waitstaff. Your final quote depends on the menu you choose, your guest count and location.
What is included in the Signature Experience?
Your choice of our Petite Afternoon Tea or Standard menu, thoughtfully collected teaware, a hot water urn, setup and teardown. You can add waitstaff to refill teacups and replenish platters, and floral styling is available.
Is there a guest minimum?
Yes. Catering and the Signature Experience have a 15 guest minimum. Teaware rentals start at $199 for up to 24 guests.
How far ahead should I book?
We recommend booking 6 to 8 weeks ahead. A $200 deposit secures your date.
