Refund policy

CATERING ORDERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE

Due to the custom nature of our food preparation, we are unable to offer refunds for catering orders. All catering orders are final.

Non-Catering Orders

For non-catering orders, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to delivery if you need to cancel. We will issue a refund for cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of delivery or pick-up. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific order. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item you received is damaged or the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for resolution.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

You may change your non-catering order by contacting us at least 48 hours prior to delivery or pick-up.

To start a cancellation, you can contact us at contact@britalicious.com. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow sufficient time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
